Cottages in Normandy: House Auréa is a small Norman house of about 60m2, full of charm, totally renovated for greater comfort, in a well decorated setting. This house can be rented all year to the week (or weekends, except in very high season). It is suitable for a family of 2 to 6 people or between friends. A nice private terrace with barbecue + a garden table with bench allows to optimize the quality of your stay.
The house Auréa can be rented individually as part of the modular rental.

The prices advertised concern the rental of the house Auréa for 7 people, if you are less numerous the overall price remains the same.
Season overlap: We have 4 rate seasons (low, medium, high and very high season) and when a season overlap on a booking date for a weekend, or a week, it is the rate of the higher season that is applied. In low season, when there are public holidays, or school holidays, this period automatically turns into a medium season rate.
The prices below are for the rental of the house Auréa, in white, the prices before D-12, in red the prices with the discount of -20% (D-12).

Rental agreement for the gîte Alabambouseraie
You will have to fill them out and return them to us by mail with the deposit of 50% (if you opt for a payment by check).
Upon receipt, we send you a signed copy of the said contract, which will confirm your booking.
The balance must be sent to us at least 15 days before your arrival.*
In case of late booking, the total amount must be paid upon your booking request.

DEPOSIT: In the case of modulated rental, the deposit requested is equal to the amount of the rental, excluding promotional rate. After establishing the state of the places of exit, this deposit will be returned to you within 8 days after a complete check of the domain. In the event of a dispute an invoice of the damage will be sent to you and only after return of the amount to be paid the deposit will be returned to you.
Rental charges included in the price: Water + final cleaning (see general conditions)
Charges NOT included in the price: electricity charges and tourist taxes.
Options: Linen rentals (bedspread) = 18€ / bed.
Bath towels: 4 euros / unit
